Thomas "The Trainer" Sapp (Performance Coach | Orange Avenue Gym | Orlando Fl.)
Dan Medves and Benjamin Rossi are the type of #Coaches that keep you accountable and inspired just with their actions, and the integrity of their work and passion. You know they aren't skimping on one single rep, so it motivates you to do the same. Love these guys!

Training at ATP has been one of the best decisions I have made. I am becoming a complete athlete in every aspect, Balance, speed, agility, and strength. In a month I have taken enormous strides. I can walk out
everyday knowing I out worked my competition. Be better Live It!

Mr. Benjamin Rossi....my friend, my business partner and the owner of big shoulders, ears that listen and a
heart that is the size of Montana. Ben has more energy and enthusiasm than I know what to do with...which lead him to challenge me to pour icy cold water on my head. (yes, I did it.) He has been making it his mission to offer exercise classes to PD clients in NE Ohio for several years. He is at the heart of a new center opening soon(from my mouth to God's ears) and for which we are 2 of 5 founding members. InMotion is a wellness
center for persons with PD and other movement disorders, offering support groups, a resource center, lectureseries, a MDS as the chairman of The Medical Education Committee whose private office will be within our
facility and Ben's amazing programming (tai chi, boxing, yoga, dance, cycling and Delay The Disease just to
name a few) and incredible as it sounds...ALL free to the PD community. Ben works harder than most anyone I know (also an MJFF PIP ambassador) but he doesn't do it alone. His partner at ATP Evolution is fellow teammember Dan Medves who also happens to have gone the 'shaved head' route. These 2 guys know how to

Ben has been my trainer now for the past 5 1/2 years, helping me claim my 60’s as the most physically
competent decade of my life! I started with collapsed posture, bodily aches and limited flexibility. Today, my
stance is upright....my flexibility and balance remarkably altered..and I live in a body essentially pain-free.
I find that Ben merges exceptional physical capability with extraordinary intelligence. I am interested always in
the deep organization of experience. Ben’s workouts exhibit a profound structure of meaningfully integrated
activities....fun, challenging and immensely rewarding. His creativity is always matched with a deep awareness of bodily dynamics. His ability to communicate the whys and wherefores of his workout is clear and concise and results in exceptional gain. He has followed a path of professional development that has been magnificent toobserve and personally rewarding in the attainments I have achieved for myself.
This man is a marvel.... -Robert Chwast

I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease about two years ago at age 67. Never having had a serious ailment,I was not prepared to deal with this progressive disease. I needed guidance and support. My wife provided
both, but we wanted to go a step further. My neurologist suggested that besides my medication, we
commence an aggressive exercise program specifically targeting Parkinson's. He let us know how crucial it
was to exercise, and that doing so would likely delay the disease. We eventually located Mr. Ben Rossi and
ATP. We were optimistic and hoped to see some improvement. We were not disappointed. The tremors and
shuffling ceased, my range of movement has improved, and I no longer shuffle. Thank you Ben and Dan. You
have made a wonderful difference in my life. Your tireless efforts and sincere caring will always be appreciate.

Dear ATP Evolution, (The 3 Wise Guys and Fellow Exercisers)
Thanks so much for your inspiration to keep going. All of you have inspired me to push, pull, bend, stretch until
it feels like too much. Keep Moving...

I have been diagnosed with a very challenging disease called Parkinson's. I have been dealing with this
disease for over 10 years. I went to one of the bootcamps for Parkinson's offered by University Hospitals,
where I met Ben Rossi. I was told what a difference doing exercise would have for my Parkinson's. I was
skeptical at first but thought I would give it a try. I found a class near me and signed up for the Tuesday class
in Mentor with Ben. Ben is a sensitive, gentle human being. He is very knowledgable about his craft in
exercise. He works out every muscle in your body for the one hour in a comfortable, fun atmoshere. He has
met all my challenging physical needs with care. He has helped with my Parkinson's tremendously and I look
forward to going to his class every Tuesday. I highly recommend Ben as an exercise therapist for future
classes for not only Parkinson's but other immobilizing diseases as well.

I never was an exercise enthusiast, I ranked it right up there with having a root canal. But after my Parkinson'sdiagnosis, I read everything I could get my hands on, and it all said exercise was key to fighting back. So
within a week, I signed up for a "Delay the Disease" class at the Senior Center. Guess its too soon to tell if its
delaying anything but, after each session, I truly do feel better. My balance seems better and I'm waking up
muscles that I probably don't challenge to much. I can see the difference in the mirror, and that's just with one session a week. I still don't like exercise, but the results don't lie. This is something I will continue to do!
Yale Goldberg (ATP Athlete | Senior Project)
I had an amazing experience working with you guys. I was really inspired by the Parkinson's work you have done. I wrote a poem from a different perspective:
Though they are just like you and me, we are different physically. We are something they cannot be. To
imagine is hard, so quickly they become barred. They are not prepared, rather all of a sudden it is declared,
then soon turned impaired. What they can endure I'm not sure, but one thing I know is they shake and they
ache, while others conclude and mistake. Their brain may have lost touch and their bodies may not do too
much, But don't judge. Some look at them and don't see, but I know that is just a man with PD.
